One of the biggest problems an individual faces is ANGER.
Anger is powerful. It has the capacity to destroy. Anger is destructive power. Many lives have been torn down because of this anger. It may reveal its vicious head for a short period of time but its consequences will last forever. Broken families, bitter relationships, murder, vengeance, diseases are some of the byproducts of anger.
Someone said, Control your anger before it controls you!
How true! Showing your anger doesn't mean that you are stronger than the other person. Instead it shows that you are fragile and can't handle your emotions effectively.
Anger is "an emotional state that varies in intensity from mild irritation to intense fury and rage," according to Charles Spielberger, PhD, a psychologist who specializes in the study of anger.
Anger is a normal emotion.
Anger and temper
Anger is an instinctive emotional response to frustration. Temper is the measure of how quickly you respond to your anger.

There is nothing abnormal about getting angry. But losing temper and aggression can cost you dearly.
People do get angry. Some express it in aggressive ways and some don't express openly but suppresses and become frustrated. Both ways are harmful.
Controlling anger and expressing it in positive ways requires focus and practice.
